Noches de Moscú
NO creo que las de la capital de Rusia sean muy distintas a las de Lugo estos días. En la madrugada de hoy, por ejemplo, pasadas un poco la una, el termómetro marcaba cero grados en la Plaza de España, con una niebla muy espesa. Casi ni un alma por las calles menos en los locales abiertos a esa hora. En un banco, al lado del templete de la banda, dos personas se preparaban ¿para dormir?. No les arriendo la ganancia. Y mientras, la ola de frío no tiene mucha pinta de dejarnos tranquilos.
PARA compensar, he visto las primeras cigüeñas. Un poco pronto. El refrán dice “en San Blas la cigüeña verás”. Y creo que San Blas cae a primeros del mes próximo. O sea que han madrugado.

HE pasado hace unos minutos por la nueva oficina de turismo que hoy inaugurará el conselleiro Fernando Blanco. Tiene muy buena pinta y está en un lugar, la calle del Miño, que está llamado a ser uno de los más atractivos y concurridos de la ciudad, aunque paradójicamente en los últimos tiempos la zona se ha convertido en un sitio especialmente conflictivo, con incidentes graves casi habituales. Los empresarios de allí están seriamente preocupados y no es para menos.
EN un programa de televisión coinciden tres chicas y dos chicos. Ellas, las tres, sin ponerse de acuerdo, visten trajes de cuadros escoceses. ¿Será la moda de este año?

MÁS televisión. Sale Will Smith, el actor más cotizado del cine mundial que ha pasado unas horas en España. En la rueda de prensa está más que simpático. En otras distancias más cortas todavía, sencillo, cordial e ingenioso. Tendrían que tomar nota y ejemplo nuestras “estrellas” de pacotilla.

UN amigo empresario cuenta sus penas:”llevo 20 años al frente de mi compañía; en este tiempo los impagados sumaron un total de 10 millones de pesetas (una media de 500.000 pesetas anuales); en el año 2008 me han pegado sablazos por importe de 50 millones de pesetas; y dicen que lo peor está por pasar”.
Da miedo oír estas cosas.

LO del nabo de Lugo, tratado ayer, ha originado numerosos comentarios y opiniones para todos los gustos. Nabos, nabizas, cimos… han dado que hablar a nuestros lectores habituales. De eso se trata.

Paco, te aseguro que al lado de las noches de Moscú en enero lo de los cero grados de tu Plaza de españa es una juerga caribeña.
En cuanto a los cuadros escoceses, el estampado tipo tartán es una de las joyas de la temporada 08-09. Eso sí, el año que viene, ni verlos, así que que a nadie se le ocurra comprarse nada con print escocés en rebajas porque el próximo otoño van a estar pasadísimos.

Alfredo, según tú ¿cuál es la eterna tontería? Y, por cierto, si esa tal Boo traga o no traga a Paco, será cosa de Paco y de la tal Concha Boo, no de una portera como tú, con perdón para las porteras de verdad.
Por cierto, cuando todo lo que tienes que decir de una periodista es que está buena, ya sabemos la clase de cromañón que eres.
